IT Tech Lead

At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, using Java/Gosu., A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect., A fluency in English (at least B2/C1 level) is a must., Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or in the insurance domain., Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles., Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops., Experience in estimating effort on various levels and identifying potential risks., Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience., Readiness to travel regularly (depending on the project, we work partially from the client side)., Ability to work in the European Union., Experience from a consulting company., A desire to mentor and support less experienced colleagues., A proactive approach to self-development.
