IT Systems Administrator – SAP Inventory (IM and WM) (k/m)

Your responsibilities Supporting the operation of business processes, data, and company applications in the area of Material and Warehouse Management (MM&WM) - in terms of their design, development, modification, and improvement Ensuring the proper operation of the above-mentioned process in the system tools used, in accordance with business needs and IT best practices Following the established schedule for projects Preparing and updating documentation related to business processes, project requirements, and IT procedures Ensuring application compliance with adopted documentation standards and internal audit recommendations Collaborating with technical and business teams, as well as other global IT teams within the company Cooperating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best system/process performance Our requirements Very good knowledge of processes and configuration handling in the area of material and warehouse management in SAP ECC and SAP S4 Experience in handling the SAP system in other areas related to MM and WM - Sales, Transport - is welcome Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level) Independence, commitment, and openness to diverse tasks Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Communication skills allowing for building lasting relationships with business partners Conscientiousness and accuracy in task execution Ability to work in a team We offer Stable job based on employment contract Competitive compensation and motivation system Work in the office in Zawiercie Hybrid work schedule Great benefit package (health insurance, medical care, sport cards/entertainment bonus) Company Social Benefits Fund Opportunity for professional growth - challenging and rewarding work with dynamic, international team – trainings in international professional surrounding Friendly work environment
