IT System Analyst (hybrid in Warsaw)

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our Partner, we are looking for IT System Analyst. Your duties will include:Participation in IT system implementation projects, including analysis, configuration, and system integrationsClose cooperation with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and business stakeholdersGathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirementsSupporting the design and implementation of system solutionsCoordinating activities related to system integrationsParticipation in testing and post-implementation support Requirements that must be met:Proven experience in IT system implementation projectsPractical knowledge of system configuration and integrationsAbility to work effectively with technical and business teamsStrong analytical thinking and communication skillsReady for hybrid working – WarsawVery good English and Polish Nice to have:Experience in HR systems implementationKnowledge of HR processes and HRIS solutionsWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
