IT Support Specialist

Experience in IT Support / Service Desk or a similar position., Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into IT solutions., Solid knowledge of MS Office, Acrive Directory., Experience in testing systems and changes., Ability to create necessary technical documentation., Understanding of IT processes and the business area supported., Ability to work in an international environment and openness to cultural differences., Work in a good structured way within ITIL processes and procedures, Knowledge to ITIL best practices, Strong prioritization, time‑management, and organizational skills., Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking., Effective communication skills and high personal culture., Openness to new solutions and continuous improvement., Responsibility, respect, and a team‑oriented mindset., Good command of English and Polish.
