Your responsibilities

• Support key activity areas within project 1.9 RTO-RPO in Critical and Important Outsourcing Agreements
• Support existing Project Manager with relevant SME experience in relation to 3rd party risk management
• Enable project to complete deliverables, close outstanding GOR/GIA issues, and support Nordea with implementation of DORA requirements
• Identification of business continuity requirements (RTO, RPOs) and development of specific SLAs for third parties
• Updating of BCCM requirements in supplier contractual templates aligned to EBA, DORA and best practice
• Design of new governance process and controls to ensure C/I agreements contain RTO-RPO requirements
• Ensure supplier BCPs are aligned to Nordea's business continuity and IT recovery objectives
• Provide oversight and judgement in suitability of BCCM/TPRM requirements in updated contract template

Our requirements

• Suitable industry/regulatory experience in analysis and solution design
• Creating TPRM processes and experience in assessing and drafting changes to contract templates
• Demonstrable skills and experience independently organizing and facilitating workshops to actively shape development of revised governance processes
• As SME should provide oversight and judgement in suitability of BCCM/TPRM requirements in updated contract template
• Experience with third party risk management and vendor management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including EBA and DORA
• Understanding of business continuity and IT recovery objectives
• Experience with contract template development and governance processes
