Your responsibilities

• manage projects from initiation through delivery, handover, and closure
• analyze client needs and identify business requirements
• define project deliverables and distribute responsibilities within the project team
• coordinate the technical delivery of the project in line with client agreements, with technical support from the Tech Lead
• create, manage, and monitor project documentation
• effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• report on project progress
• identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Our requirements

• at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• very good knowledge of project management (planning, scope, cost, risk, and schedule management) in software projects (e.g., front-end, back-end, desktop, embedded, cloud)
• leadership skills
• experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including in international projects
• experience using project progress tracking tools
• very good command of English
• excellent communication skills
• problem-solving mindset
• strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain full visibility over project progress

Optional

• experience in embedded projects
• experience with the Atlassian tool ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• German language skills
