Have experience in product management or project team leadership within the e-commerce sector., Are eager to take on the challenge of building the best search engine for millions of users in Poland., Value pragmatism and software development best practices., Can view the product through the eyes of the users., Base your actions on data analysis and research., Have experience with search engine mechanisms (this will be a distinct advantage)., Are fluent in English (at a minimum B2 level).
