Wymagania

This position is based out of the Moss location in Jasin, Poland and is an "in-person" role with limited work from home opportunities. The selected candidate will report to the Global VP of IT located in the US, and indirectly report to Managing Director Moss Europe, based at Germany location. This is independent role without a subordinate team. This individual will be expected to collaborate directly with employees and actively participate with project teams. Lastly, this person will interact with and monitor the activities of several outside systems vendors. This position requires also working on-site at our plant in Germany every two weeks for 3-4 days. Moss will take care about the expenses., , - Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, - Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, - Excellent organizational skills, - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English language mandatory (written and spoken), - Communicative German will be an undoubted advantage, - Ability to generate concise and effective documentation, - Experience with Office 365 administration, - Experience with cloud-based storage and software systems
