IT Manager (all genders)

You will build and lead a team of IT Technicians and Engineers. Acting as their leader to make each individual as well as the overall team better every day.
Together with your team, you will be responsible for the flawless functioning of the (IT) technical systems and infrastructure within our 145.000m2 highly automated warehouse. You have the ability to plan and prioritize activities related to maintenance, IT services and projects. All in accordance with Zalando Standards.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with the international Warehouse IT team, site teams, partners, local (logistics and technical) service providers, and the wider business. You act as the local expert and implement a strong local IT service operation taking into account all your stakeholders interests.
You will drive continuous innovation by getting involved as a business consultant on all local projects that are related to IT - which is nearly everything!

Experienced IT leader with Bachelor-level abilities; as well as at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Business fluent in Polish and English languages
An entrepreneurial approach and passion for technology with excellent communication skills
A team player with a drive to connect to others
With your strong analytical abilities you use data and facts for decision making, measuring success and minimizing risks
With your hands-on mentality you take on problems and find efficient solutions
Experience with Google tools and PM-Software is a nice-to-have
You are open to travel up to 20% of your time
