IT Infrastructure Project & Operations Specialist

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field., 3–4 years of experience in an IT technical or operational role, such as IT Support, Service Desk, infrastructure operations, or junior system administration., Understanding IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., networks, servers, cloud services, workplace technologies, security)., Experience working with ticketing or support systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zammad or Jira Service Management., Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, with strong reliability and follow-through., Willingness to take initiative, handle operational tasks responsibly, and grow into more advanced project responsibilities., Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., Ability to read, understand, and work with technical documentation., Good command of spoken and written English, Experience coordinating small tasks or contributing to IT project workstreams., Familiarity with ITIL, SecOps practices, or change management concepts., Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)., Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
