IT Governance Manager | f/m/d

fluency in English (written and spoken business language), master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related discipline, significant experience in IT governance within global, complex, matrix organizations (ideally in Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services), strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards) and regulatory environments, solid understanding of IT risk management, outsourcing governance, cloud governance, and operational resilience, proven experience advising C-level stakeholders and preparing executive/Board-level materials, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive level, strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead through expertise, German language skills, experience in insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services, prior involvement in large-scale IT transformation or operating model redesign initiatives
