IT Delivery&Operations Lead

All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland., 5+years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical delivery leadership., Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams., Experience working with enterprise IT environments (applications, platforms, infrastructure)., Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills., Experience supporting technical teams and delivery-focused environments., Proficiency in written and spoken English., Passion for continuous learning and improvement., Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments., Experience coordinating distributed or multi-team delivery setups., Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, governance, or service management., Experience working with vendors or external delivery partners.
