We are looking for a person who will join our Customer Success Team as:

IT Customer Service Specialist

The person in this position will be responsible for the execution of customer orders in cooperation with other departments / divisions in the group. He/She will care about the client's interests and properly respond to individual inquiries from customers, providing immediate actions.

 

Your tasks:

  • Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from the US market
  • Confirming orders from the customers and upgrade the value of the order
  • Cooperating closely with IT Support Team in solving incoming clients inquiries

We expect:

  • Very good command of English and Polish
  • Basic computer skills, especially with Windows machines.
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for connecting to remote systems.
  • Experience with updating, installing, and using Android apps from the Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with Bluestacks Software.
  • Attention to detail for verifying phone numbers, driver IDs, and correct apps.
  • Ability to capture and send screenshots of the tracking app.
  • Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to identify issues that require escalation and report them to the manager efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot basic issues with apps or systems.
  • Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in fast-paced situations.
  • Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Local time (Poland, CET): 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours per day)
