About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: drive organization-wide programs and initiatives at the Leadership Team level, including Employer Branding efforts, to foster a high-performing culture, strengthen employer brand and support operational excellence;
  • Executive Partnership: act as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, translating long-term business ambitions into actionable priorities, KPIs, annual roadmaps and budgets;
  • Project Execution & Governance: implement structured project management frameworks, processes and communication channels to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time and within scope;
  • Analytics & Insights: monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment and a seamless communication across all touchpoints;
  • Annual & Monthly Planning: Oversee the execution of the annual roadmap and budget, reporting status, addressing risks and providing actionable recommendations to keep initiatives on track.

Our requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in project or program management and organizational change initiatives in complex organizations;
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile or ADKAR methodologies;
  • Fluency in English (at least C1);
  • Track record of leading enterprise-wide programs and working closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into KPIs, roadmaps and budgets;
  • Data-driven mindset able to analyze metrics, risks and make recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate and partner with senior leaders and project teams;
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • BC/MA degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
