• Act as a Business Analyst and subject-matter expert for critical internal applications, ensuring they meet business needs and support operational excellence.
• Conduct functional and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for development and configuration teams.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation, process descriptions, and user stories.
• Coordinate and support project management activities, including planning, tracking, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Promote digitalization, automation, and standardization of internal business processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between local and regional teams.

Our requirements

• At least 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally combined with experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to analyze internal business processes and translate them into IT and functional requirements.
• Experience with implementation and rollout of internal IT applications within a corporate or multi-country environment.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage smaller project streams independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving approach.
