Your responsibilities

• Analysis of specific business requirements for technical feasibility and alignment with Ivalua Buyer e-procurement system’s configuration best practices
• Collecting and refining business requirements and supporting clients in defining their end‑user needs
• Working over project tasks in JIRA and Confluence
• Cooperation with application engineers and integration engineers to ensure that the Ivalua system is configured according to the client's requirements
• Cooperating with the Project Manager and Project Leaders in project scheduling and scope management
• Building and maintaining business relationship with the client
• Analyzing issues reported by customers in the Ivalua-based procurement platforms, providing workarounds, and implementing solutions
• Proposing and implementing performance and configuration improvements to the client’s systems

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, including projects related to the maintenance or implementation of low-code B2B digital tools
• At least intermediate proficiency in MS SQL or other relational database
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Experience in requirements management and documentation
• Communicating fluently in English

Optional

• hand’s on experience with using Postman to test RESTful APIs and ETL processes, knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
