IT Business Analyst

Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills across Business, IT and 3rd Party Vendors., Drive and self-initiative; ability to see issues through to completion despite delays, opposition, diversion or limited product knowledge., Ownership mindset: ability to identify issues and risks and drive stakeholders toward resolution., Knowledge of Agile methodology, especially writing and managing user stories., Ability to storyboard and lead solution scoping, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned., Strong understanding of technical concepts and models., Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at both technical and non-technical levels, including presentations; able to tailor communication and handle sensitive information tactfully., Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and remove obstacles., Empathy, common sense and pragmatism; ability to relate to both business and technology stakeholders., Commercial awareness and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and stakeholder needs., Open to change and able to adapt easily to new processes and shifting priorities., Contribution to continuous improvement of team and business processes., Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and meet schedules., Flexibility to work adjusted hours to meet peak demands or support global stakeholders across time zones., Experience using JIRA software or equivalent tools.
