IT Assistant in Operations Support Division/Operations Support Systems Unit/ Operational System Development and Evolution Sector

Requirements:

At least 2-year experience in a similar position, including dealing with editing and layout of documents and working in SharePoint;
Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint;
Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English;
Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs, IT area preferred.

Job description:

to answer queries and provide support to users (helpdesk support);
to manage user accounts and access to software applications;
to test new functionalities in the software tools developed in-house;
to support software development activities
to extract and provide operational data from software applications; (knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage;
to identify and evaluate operational reporting requirements;
to gather and log user feedback from software users;
to support in administrative tasks when required
