Your responsibilities

• Support analysis of business and technical requirements for VDI
• Provide advice on best practices and available deployment options
• Assess compliance of VDI solution with organizational requirements
• Collaborate with IT architects to design optimal VDI infrastructure
• Define specifications for networking, security, policies etc.
• Assist technical team in configuring VDI environment
• Participate in TEP, tests and analyze results
• Recommend improvements and automation for better environment management
• Identify and resolve performance and compliance issues during implementation
• Create technical and operational documentation for VDI solution
• Support IT team and end users in understanding and managing new environment
• Assist in incident analysis and troubleshooting during TEP phase

Our requirements

• Experience with AWS WorkSpaces 2.0, Citrix Cloud or Azure Virtual Desktop
• Understanding of complex cloud architectures and VDI solutions
• Ability to ensure selection of efficient, secure, and scalable solution tailored to organizational needs
• Ensure architectural understanding of platforms throughout project delivery
• Can take ownership of technical issues and blockers and resolve them independently
• Seasoned expert in cloud platforms with over 10 years of experience
• Deep technical knowledge and industry best practices for designing, deploying and optimizing VDI in cloud
• Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week
• Office locations: Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw
