IT Analyst

You can expect a flexible work organization The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings   Project You will be involved in a financial project focused on Mortgage solutions, supporting the IT Analysis stream within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.The role covers close cooperation with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, as well as active participation in solution design and ongoing delivery.   Responsibilities you'll have Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for Mortgage-related systems Translate business needs into clear development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria Gather, document, and validate requirements related to system integrations, data mapping, APIs, and microservices Act as a bridge between business and technical teams when defining integration and interface requirements Support IT Solution design by contributing analytical input and ensuring alignment with business goals Resolve business and analytical questions during software design, development, and testing phases Maintain high-quality documentation using data, process, and information modeling techniques   Expected competences and knowledge Proven experience in IT Analysis / Business Analysis within financial or banking projects Hands-on experience in working with system integrations, APIs, microservices, and data mapping from a requirements perspective Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and validating integration and interface requirements Ability to model processes, data structures, and information flows Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and backlog items Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder communication     Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
