IPA / RPA Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst, automation, or process improvement role, Hands‑on experience with RPA solutions (mandatory), Practical experience with automation and scripting technologies such as UiPath, BluePrism, VBA, SAP Scripting, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint, Knowledge of SAP systems and understanding of finance processes, Familiarity with AI technologies applied to process automation, including GenAI tools for personal productivity, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform process analysis and process mapping, Basic project management skills, including structured documentation and coordination across teams, Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management principles, Familiarity with compliance and control frameworks (e.g. SOX, ITGC), Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, Team‑oriented mindset combined with a proactive, solution‑driven approach, English proficiency at B2 level or higher, Basic knowledge of, or certifications in, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (nice to have)
