University degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, production, mechatronics or similar)., Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, process engineering or NPI role in a production environment., Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods (e.g. machining, welding, assembly or similar, depending on product portfolio)., Experience in industrialization of new products or process changes, including preparation of production documentation., Ability to read technical drawings and 3D models; experience with CAD and/or PLM systems is an advantage., Familiarity with basic quality tools and methods (PFMEA, control plans, capability studies, problem solving)., Structured and analytical way of working; ability to manage several tasks and projects in parallel., Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, R&D and Project Management., Good command of English (spoken and written).
