Do you want first-hand experience in how a start-up builds and scales its online presence? Are you excited about growth, digital tools, and experimenting with new ideas? Then this internship is for you! We are looking for a motivated intern to support our growth initiatives and help us test and implement new online opportunities.

KoRo’s mission is to deliver everyday feel good deliciousness to customers by redefining food industry norms with a wide range of high-quality innovative products. The product range extends from natural foods, such as nut butters and dried fruit, to clean label snacks and functional foods.
An ongoing commitment to transparency and product innovation drives the company to explore new food frontiers. KoRo's ambition is to establish a European-wide omnichannel love brand and become a household name in natural and snack foods.
KoRo was founded in Germany in 2014. The management team consists of CEO Florian Schwenkert, CFO Dr Daniel Kundt and COO Steffani Busch. The company employs more than 300 people and is headquartered in Berlin. A customer base of over 2.5 million people across Europe shop for KoRo products online at www.koro.com, as well as in supermarket household names and major drug store chains.

Your tasks

Your tasks

Your tasks will include:

• Researching and scoping new busines development ideas and online growth opportunities.
• Supporting our online B2B growth initiatives, including outreach, partnerships and campaign execution.
• Managing and organizing online campaign projects in Notion, ensuring tasks, timeless, and documentation are structured and up to date.

Your profile

• You are currently studying or have recently graduated, and you are looking for a 2–3 months internship starting as soon as possible.
• No previous professional experience is required – curiosity and motivation are more important.
• You are interested in startups, online growth, and digital marketing.
• You enjoy organizing projects and working with digital tools (experience with Notion is a plus but not required).
• You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  Your monthly salary: During Bachelors 600,00 € (gross) / During Masters or with completed training 1.000,00 € (gross)
