Your role

• Actively support the Internal Venturing Team in all business validation processes (program management, community management, workshops, events)
• Assist in the support and management of internal portfolio projects
• Contribute to the preparation of decision-making materials for key decision gates
• Help structure and maintain internal knowledge bases or opportunity pipelines
• Apply and further develop existing tools and methods
• Gain comprehensive insights into ZEISS’s business and technology developments

Your profile

• Ongoing studies ideally in a master's degree in a technical and/or business-related field like innovation, strategy or similar
• Proven excellent academic performance
• Relevant practical experience in entrepreneurship/start-ups and/or incubators/accelerators
• Passion for innovation, new ideas, and technologies
• Some basic knowledge of innovation and management
• Strong ability to work in an open, independent, precise, and reliable manner
• High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
• Very good English skills and are proficient in MS Office
