Ability to organise and express ideas clearly and to deliver verbal and written information in a structured, concise and pragmatic manner to make an impact;, At least 3 years of experience in internal audit. Previous experience in the financial audit in one of BIG 4 companies will be an asset;, Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in multicultural and matrix environment;, Good analytical skills, fluency in excel, attraction to details;, Controlling mind-set coupled with business acumen, flexibility;, Energy, enthusiasm and „can do” attitude;, Proficiency in English;, CIA / CPA / CISA certifications (or equivalent) will be highly appreciated;, Experience in conducting DORA-related audits is beneficial.
