At the Digital Competency Center, we are developing cutting-edge software and scalable integration platforms every day. Currently, our team consists of over 50 experts in the field of Enterprise Application Integration.We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to support the ongoing S/4HANA EVA integration. This role focuses on functional EVA support, system configuration adjustments, and end-user training within a dynamic international environment.The project involves part-time employment (0.5 FTE).Your tasksProvide comprehensive functional support for SAP S/4HANA EVA within the Retail IT landscapeAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to EVA integration with S/4HANAPerform system configuration adjustments in line with business requirements and best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into system solutionsSupport integration processes between EVA and other connected systemsConduct impact analysis for proposed system changesParticipate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)Prepare functional documentation (configuration documents, process flows, user guides)Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-training supportEnsure proper ticket handling and follow-up (incident, service request, change management)Support risk assessment activities related to system changes and integrationsContribute to the continuous improvement of Retail IT processes and system performanceRequirementsMinimum 4 years of professional experience in SAP environmentsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience with EVA integrated with SAP S/4HANAStrong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (configuration, integration, support)Proven experience in functional support, including incident analysis and root cause resolutionExpertise in system configuration and customization based on business needsSolid understanding of integration concepts within SAP landscapesExperience in supporting retail or similar business environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience conducting end-user training and preparing training materialsGood understanding of IT service management processesVery good communication skills in English (spoken and written)Willingness to work on-site in Kraków during the first weeks of the assignmentResiding in Poland requiredWillingness to work in this role on a part-time basis (0,5 FTE)
