The initiative aims to increase operational resilience by leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to proactively detect risks, automate reporting, and optimise IT processes such as Incident, Problem and Change Management. You will co-create a future Insights & Data Analytics service within a SAFe Agile Release Train.     Responsibilities you'll have Designing and developing predictive and prescriptive ML models Building Neural Networks to optimise IT operational parameters Creating automated root cause analysis solutions Developing advanced dashboards in Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Performing hypothesis testing and statistical modelling Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders     Expected competences and knowledge Strong expertise in statistics and predictive analytics Advanced knowledge of Python (ML & data processing) Strong experience in T-SQL and DAX Practical experience with Power BI Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments   Technologies you'll work with Python T-SQL DAX Power BI Service Microsoft Fabric GIT   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
