About the project

Your responsibilities

• Continuously monitor IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, storage, backup systems) using monitoring tools.
• Perform daily health checks and analyze results for anomalies.
• Respond to alerts and system alarms promptly.
• Execute first-level troubleshooting and resolution for auto-generated incidents (Server, Database, Storage, Network)
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal standards.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports..
• Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.

Our requirements

• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Centreon)
• Very good verbal and written French language at C1 level or higher
• English at a communicative level (B2 or higher)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components.
• Ability to identify issues from logs and monitoring dashboards.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
