• Taking responsibility for stability and evolution of infrastructure supporting business and operational environments
• Leading a small infrastructure team and influencing its future structure and ways of working
• Bringing existing infrastructure to a more standardized, resilient, and well-governed state
• Supporting long-term infrastructure planning and architectural direction
• Managing cooperation with multiple technology vendors and improving collaboration models
• Ensuring availability and continuity of critical services
• Supporting initiatives related to increasing data usage, system integrations, and operational connectivity
• Working closely with international stakeholders

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in managing enterprise infrastructure environments
• Background in infrastructure improvement, modernization, or transformation initiatives
• Experience leading teams and coordinating external providers
• Good understanding of core infrastructure domains such as networking, virtualized environments, backup, and operational security
• Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple priorities
• Experience working in international organizations
• Fluent English

Mile widziane

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or other operationally critical environments
• Exposure to infrastructure supporting data-driven or operational technology initiatives
• Experience working in environments undergoing significant change
