paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of more than 110 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.

Your repsonsibilities

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will strengthen our ever-growing influencer marketing team. You will develop and manage high-priority influencer initiatives while identifying strategic creator partnerships, supporting global campaign execution, and ensuring data-driven performance tracking.

• You'll work on our day-to-day high-impact influencer initiatives, guiding partnerships from initial alignment through to successful delivery
• You'll support the Influencer Marketing Manager with the planning and coordination of global and regional influencer marketing campaigns
• You'll conduct your research independently, evaluating and recommending potential creators who align with our brand values, audience, and objectives
• You'll support the development of creative campaign concepts, content briefs, and long-term partnership strategies
• You'll organise share-worthy influencer events while maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with creators, acting as a dependable and professional point of contact
• You'll contribute proactively to a dynamic, international marketing team while working closely with and reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager

Your profile

We are looking for someone who brings a deep understanding of the creator landscape, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building impactful partnerships.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications/Public Relations or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• You bring a strong and up-to-date understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, creator trends, and key social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• You’re confident working with Excel and Canva or similar design tools
• You have strong organisational and communication skills
• You bring a proactive attitude, a creative mindset, and a strong attention to detail
• You’re comfortable navigating a fast-evolving environment and can quickly adapt to new challenges and opportunities
• You have a genuine passion for the creator economy and are excited about building meaningful, long-term partnerships
