We're looking for a seasoned Procurement Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead category management and procurement strategy for non-technology services including HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Market Data, Payment Solutions, and Marketing.Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll own tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) across IG Group, manage vendor relationships globally, and negotiate contracts to deliver cost savings and commercial value. You'll be the expert voice on indirect sourcing strategy, identifying opportunities for savings, efficiency, and strategic partnership that directly impact our bottom line and operational excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for a sourcing professional ready to step into a strategic leadership role within a progressive fintech organization.What you'll do Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:Lead tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) globally in accordance with IG Group sourcing policyDevelop and execute category management strategies for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing procurement categoriesLeverage expertise to identify and deliver savings opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed targets and pipelinesCreate commercial capability and mindset across business units, sharing best commercial practicesVendor Negotiation & Management:Review, negotiate, and manage the commercial terms of vendor contracts globally in conjunction with Legal and Technical specialistsAct as independent subject matter expert for stakeholder inquiries on negotiation strategy, savings opportunities, and contract negotiationsCoordinate between Procurement Manager, Procurement Coordinator, and other stakeholders to ensure alignmentBuild and maintain strategic supplier relationships delivering value-added servicesExpertise & Advisory:Provide expert guidance on indirect procurement categories (non-Tech) including:Professional Services (HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations)Market Data and Payment SolutionsMarketing and MarTech solutionsAdvise on centralized vs. decentralized delivery models and internal vs. outsourced approachesMentor colleagues on commercial negotiation techniques and savings identificationPerformance & Reporting:Track and report on procurement KPIs and SLAs, identifying additional improvement opportunitiesDevelop business cases demonstrating the value and impact of sourcing initiativesMonitor market trends and emerging suppliers in indirect categoriesProvide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and leadershipStakeholder Engagement:Communicate complex procurement topics in clear, accessible language for diverse audiencesDevelop strong partnerships across business units, building credibility as procurement expertPresent sourcing strategies and recommendations to business leadersSupport procurement team in developing commercial best practicesWho we're are looking for?
