Supplier Management: The ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contract terms, and monitor their performance., Negotiation: The ability to effectively negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to obtain the best possible terms for the organization., Market Analysis: Knowledge of the market, price trends, and competitors to make informed purchasing decisions., Category management: Ability to manage various purchasing categories, including developing purchasing strategies and achieving category goals, Analytical skills: Ability to conduct business and financial analyses to optimize purchasing processes, Communication: Excellent communication skills, both in dealing with suppliers and internal customers., Organization and time management: The ability to effectively plan and organize work to meet purchasing goals within the allotted time., Availability and ability to work at different hours and in different locations, Knowledge of purchasing tools: Ability to use computer programs and purchasing management tools, such as ERP and Coupa systems., Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with other departments and teams in the organization to achieve common goals., Higher education, preferred majors: economics, management, logistics, engineering or related, Alternatively, a secondary education in the industry with relevant work experience, Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics or supplier management, Experience in commercial negotiation and contract management, Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools such as P2P systems (Coupa, SRM, others), English: Spoken and Written Proficiency
