About the project
Your responsibilities
- Manage incidents and problems in accordance with best ITIL practices to minimize business disruptions.
- Oversee the incident/problem management process and coordinate teams responsible for resolution.
- Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create incident reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- Communicate with senior management regarding critical incidents and their potential impact.
- Collaborate with support teams and external vendors to resolve issues timely and efficiently.
- Monitor incident progress and ensure timely resolution, maintaining high service quality.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in incident/problem management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Fluency in Polish.
