- Master’s degree in Law from a Polish University;, - Qualification as an attorney-at-law;, - At least 7 years of proven experience as an in-house counsel or in a similar role;, - Knowledge of commercial and corporate law, including company law, public procurement law, civil law, competition law and intellectual property law sufficient to provide independent legal support in a fast-growing organization;, - Excellent negotiation and communication skills;, - Fluent in English and Polish;, - Strong drive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team., - Experience in the defence industry;, - A background in international environments;, - Familiarity with complex international agreements and M&A transactions;, - Experience with software and IP licensing.
