Zakres obowiązków What you'll do Lead implementation projects for banks, fintechs, and merchants Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication Collaborate with product and technology teams Support solution design, onboarding, and go-live activities ???? Path 1: Client Delivery (Business-focused)You will: Drive project management and client relationships Translate business needs into implementation plans Ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction Best suited for:PMs / Consultants with payments or fintech experience???? Path 2: Integration (Technical-focused)You will: Support solution design and API integrations Work directly with client tech teams (developers, architects) Run technical workshops and integration sessions Contribute to pre-sales and solution validation Best suited for:Technical Consultants / Solution Engineers / API-focused profiles Wymagania What we're looking for Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or tech delivery roles Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Ability to work with both business and technical teams Client-facing experience in complex environments Additional for Integration path Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Postman) Strong understanding of system integrations / web technologies Ability to discuss solutions with developers and architects Nice to have Knowledge of payment ecosystems (acquiring, issuing, processing) Consulting background (e.g. large consulting firms or fintechs) Experience with large-scale or cross-border projects Why this role Work on complex, high-impact payment implementations Combine technology, consulting, and client strategy Clear path toward senior consulting or solution roles Oferujemy Competitive salary ranging from 18 000 - 20 000 PLN gross monthly 13% annual bonus Opportunities for professional growth within a large organisation in Warszawa.
