IAM / IGA Engineer (Senior Level)

Introduction & Summary:The IAM / IGA Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions within the Access Governance domain. This role requires a proven track record in implementing IAM platforms within both IT and OT settings, ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Key skills include technical implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ, collaboration with diverse teams, and strong operational support capabilities.Main Responsibilities:Support the OT IGA project rollout through requirement analysis, design implementation, and deployment activities.Provide operational platform support for various IAM issues and enhancements.Manage user administration tasks for Active Directory.Oversee application lifecycle management across the IGA solution.Collaborate with the lead engineer for development support on the IGA platform.Key Requirements:2–3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.Strong knowledge in IAM and Access Governance platforms in large-scale environments.Hands-on experience with Active Directory user administration.Proven experience onboarding applications into IAM platforms.Technical troubleshooting skills across one or more IAM technologies.Experience working in agile environments, including practical knowledge of SAFe delivery methodologies.Effective collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams.Nice to Have:Exposure in the OT domain.Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation.Other Details:This role is based in Gentofte, Denmark, with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week. Fully remote work is not permitted unless prior arrangements are made. Background verification will be conducted before onboarding.
