Wymagania
Technical training in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related fields, or database management., Tailor-made digital solutions experience will be valued., 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within shared services environments or complex organizational structures., Coordination of training events in the different modalities (Presential, on line, congresses,…), Strong analytical skills and database management experience. Ability to create/manage tailor made digital solutions., Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access and Word. PowerBI and share point management and extended use. Initiated on AI application on daily tasks, Operational knowledge of HR administration and employee services (training and recruiting)., Previous experience using HR SAP or similar., Basic knowledge of training processes and Spanish labor legislation (Fundae, Paritaria,…)., Experience in document management., Fluency in Spanish and English.
