HR Specialist with German (F/M/D)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience), Previous experience in an HR operations / HR administration / shared services environment, Very good command of German and English (both written and spoken), Solid understanding of German labor law, HR processes, and employment regulations, Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday or similar) and case management tools, Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data accurately, Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and adapting to changes, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
