About the project

Your responsibilities

• As a contact person for our HR teams worldwide, you advise and coordinate data entry into our SAP HCM, contributing to the maintenance of global processes and data systems.
• You support our local HR colleagues by capturing and maintaining employee master data in SAP.
• You create regular reports supporting decision-making, ad-hoc reports, and analyses for all countries.
• Through training and materials such as videos and presentations, you ensure that our international colleagues are up to date.
• Additionally, you are involved in communicating changes, updates, and current issues to various target groups worldwide.
• You act as an interface to other departments, such as IT and Finance.
• You support the structuring and further development of global HR data management.
• You actively assist in the design, implementation, and development of efficient solutions for new processes, data collections, and reporting.
• You have the opportunity to contribute to exciting HR projects.

Our requirements

• You have excellent English language skills.
• You have gained initial experience in HR data management with SAP (HCM), SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• You have experience in maintaining master data of global data in HR systems and understand the significance and use of HR data within a company.
• You can adapt to a highly dynamic and international environment.
• You possess good communication and presentation skills and have an independent and proactive working style.
• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
