HR Specialist - HR Reporting & Data Governance

Education & Skills;, -Degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field., -Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI and proficiency in HR data systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Successfactors, Workday)., -Experience with automation and process optimization is a plus. (Tacit), -Knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices., , Experience:, -3 to 5 years – preferably in HR – with exposure to reporting, data governance, and process improvement., -Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings., -Experience working in a matrix organization., , Competencies:, -Excellent command of English (written and spoken)., -Strong analytical and data management skills with problem-solving abilities., -Excellent communication and consultation skills., -Continuous improvement mindset., -Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs., -Strong change management skills and ability to lead transformation projects with a flexible mindset and a “we can do attitude”., -Self-starter, autonomous, and able to work independently., -Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
