Wymagania

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline., 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources in areas like employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training., Deep knowledge in employment and labor local laws is important. Good understanding of general Human Resources policies., Ability to collaborate with the management team and provide guidance on HR solutions that support business goals, Proactivity, independence, and a solutions‑oriented mindset, Supporting and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, Successfully working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact., Very good level of Polish and English in written and spoken form. Excellent communication and people skills.
