HR Manager

Several years of experience in an HR Manager within a manufacturing or production-driven organization, Excellent English language skills (mandatory), Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and cost data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations, Solid business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures impact financial performance, Proven experience in organizational design and workforce planning, Ability to manage and optimize labor costs (headcount planning, budgeting, cost scenarios), Experience in driving efficiency improvements and simplifying structures and processes, Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, Experience in change management, including restructuring and transformation initiatives, Good understanding of HR metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency, Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and value creation
