HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist with Spanish

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field., 5–7 years of experience in HR controlling, reporting, or workforce analytics roles., Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365., Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, OneHRIS)., Proficiency in reporting and BI tools (e.g., SAP queries, Power BI, BW/BI, Analysis for Office, thinkcell)., Solid understanding of HR KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance metrics., Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written., Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability., Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills., Team player with a customer-oriented approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
