Wymagania
• Min. 4 years of experience in HR with strong knowledge of Polish labor law, payroll and salary reviews, • Ability to build warm and trusted relationships with employees, • Strong interpersonal skills , • Experience in handling human emotions at the workplace, • Min. 2 year of experience in Financial or Accounting topics, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Fast learner, • Interest in using new technologies, e.g. AI tools, • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)., German language knowledge, Any additional financial knowledge is welcome but absolutely not required, e.g. tax expertise or (VAT/CIT/KSeF/JPK) and statutory reporting., Located in Poznan or near Poznan
