Join their innovative team and contribute to solving complex data challenges that drive financial success and growth.Your main responsibilities:Provide first-line support to quantitative researchers and traders for data access, issues, and tool usageCollaborate with data engineers to troubleshoot and resolve data-related problemsAssist in onboarding new team members and train them on data tools and processesMaintain, enhance, and document data systems, pipelines, and APIsManage support workflows using JIRA, track requests, and ensure timely resolution of issuesContribute to expanding data coverage through live collection and backfillsSupport data quality assurance and documentation efforts to uphold high standardsYou're ideal for this role if you have:At least 2 years of experience in data support, IT helpdesk, or technical support within finance or data environmentsStrong command of Python and relevant data librariesProficiency with data systems, pipelines, and APIsExperience working with JIRA or similar project management toolsExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilitiesIt is a strong plus if you have: (optional)Experience in finance or investment industriesFamiliarity with data science or analytics toolsCertifications related to data or support technologiesLanguage Required for the role:Fluent English proficiency (good command in both written and spoken skills)Eligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in various, innovative, and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
