Your responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in Health advising, contributing to the success of top brands.
• Be an effective communicator, bridging the gap between customer and our client, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Be the 1st point of contact to consult, assist, and support the customer needs.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers, building trust.
• Take charge of solving problems and take care of maintaining our client's good name and image.
• Learn the art of providing strategic recommendations and generating exceptional customer service.

Our requirements

• An enthusiastic spirit with degree in Dietology/Cosmetology/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or similar field of studies.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (C1)
• You’re self-motivated and skilled at multitasking, ready to take on new challenges.
• Though you may lack experience, your excitement about your field of studies and willingness to continue improving your knowledge in a working environment.
• We’ll teach you the ropes of managing client-customer relations.
• Effective organization and time management skills are essential.
