Health and Safety Specialist

Your main responsibilities:-Monitoring working conditions and ensuring full compliance with regulations and health and safety rules in the logistics center.-Conducting initial training as well as analyzing needs and planning periodic training.-Developing and implementing standards, job instructions, and preparing occupational risk assessments.-Participating in post-accident proceedings, including determining causes and circumstances, as well as implementing corrective actions.-Managing health and safety documentation: preparing reports, statistics, and maintaining required records.-Cooperating with occupational environment laboratories in the field of measurements.-Supervising fire protection.-Promoting a safety culture and raising employee awareness.This is the right job for you if:-You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (distribution/logistics center, high-bay warehouse) and are well acquainted with the logistics field.-You have higher education in the field or specialty of occupational health and safety (OHS) or postgraduate studies in this area.-You are very familiar with current regulations regarding OHS, fire protection, and labor law.-You are independent, able to organize your own work, and identify tasks.-You are ready to travel for business purposes to other company locations in Poland.-You hold fire protection inspector qualifications.-You are proficient in English, both spoken and written (B2), enabling you to conduct training.-You have a category B driving license.-You inspire colleagues to change their approach from 'I have to follow the rules' to 'I want to care about safety'.
