They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.We’re looking for a Head of Risk to implement cross-functional elements of the risk management framework. You'll define risk thresholds for crypto products, establish governance structures, and strengthen risk culture and awareness across the business.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let’s get in touch.What you’ll be doingDeveloping and implementing policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statementsCalibrating entity scale-up plans to govern risk exposure and safeguard customersMonitoring risks against limits and thresholds, producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholdersDriving risk awareness, including organising risk awareness materials and sessions, developing risk materials for new employees, etc.Implementing the risk incident management process, including registration of risk events, and managing and delivering risk incident reports to senior management and regulatorsIdentifying and assessing inherent, net, and residual risks, and aligning with internal controlsMonitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners to resolve them within a set timelineWorking on the New Initiatives Approval Process, ensuring appropriate local SME stakeholder engagement and governanceDeveloping and maintaining risk tools and systemsWhat you'll need5+ years of experience in risk management within financial servicesAn understanding of risk management for derivatives products, such as crypto-perpetualsExperience in operational or enterprise risk management or a related rolePrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataTo be curious with a desire to fully understand how things workGreat organisational skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience in cybersecurity and customer data risk management within financial servicesNice to haveA degree in risk managementCompensation rangePoland: PLN26,900 - PLN31,600 gross monthly*Lithuania: €5,700 - €6,000 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
