About Array Capital

We are Array Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Zurich. We work exclusively with software entrepreneurs who run profitable companies generating between $1M and $20M in annual revenue. Our mission is simple. We help founders maximize the value of their life's work, navigate the complex M&A landscape, and secure a life-changing exit.

About the Role

We believe in working smart, which is why our firm runs on an 80/20 hybrid of human expertise and AI automation. Our Managing Director, Attila Hardy, handles the high-stakes human element. He spends his time advising clients, building key relationships, and negotiating deals.

We need you to own the operational side. Think of yourself as the Head of Growth and the engine of our firm. Your goal is to build the automated systems and marketing strategies that constantly find and qualify the right software founders for us to talk to. You will not be asked to pitch services or close deals yourself. Instead, your objective is to build scalable marketing systems, deploy AI research agents, and manage the infrastructure that consistently books highly qualified discovery calls for the MD.
