Head of Engineering

Technical higher education., Extensive experience in production or manufacturing engineering within highvolume, hightechnology environments., Significant experience in senior manufacturing or production engineering leadership roles., Track record of successfully introducing new technologies and processes in fastpaced environments., Strong understanding of process engineering, automation systems and maintenance best practices., Broad engineering knowledge across systems, electronic and mechanical engineering, including production test solutions., Solid practical experience with lean manufacturing, defect reduction and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)., Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams., Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence and align stakeholders at all levels., Strong strategic thinking combined with handson problem solving and data driven decision making., Fluent in Polish and English.
